There isn't any medication per se -- but there is a thing called a tenz unit (spelling is suspect). It is a little electric shock (only slight) that can be set to offset the pain.
You need to either rest or get some serious therapy. You don't want to suffer from this for a long time in your life.

I have scoliosis as well, but I do not have pain. I was diagnosed with it when I was 12 and I had x-rays, but they never did anything for it. I'm 25 now and had seen a chiropractor and he says that it could have been fixed if caught early enough. I have never heard of any medication to fix this problem, I'm sorry.

My neice's spiine is shaped like the letter 'S'. Sadly, such a physical deformity has no medication. It would be nice to be able to take a pill for a missing arm. Maybe some day. But I doubt in your life time. The ony method used now to help the deformity is inserting a steel rod.

There's no meds for it. Surgury will be necessary in extreme cases, but most of the time, you'll just outgrow it.

i have a friend who has a prescription for medicial marijuana due to scoliosis.
the doctor told him it would be beneficial for both pain relief, and muscle relaxation.
that's kind of a california only thing, i guess...

your doctor is nuts! there is no medicine, including motrin, that can help "cure" it! get a back brace or get surgery - those are your only options
