Big fashion houses do not divulge the names of the photographer and art director involved in their ad campaign. Why is this a secret and how do i find the info anyway? Thank you!

If you are curious about who is actually doing what in the commercial art field the best way is to pick up a copy of Communcations arts. Even if big fashion houses have a non-disclosure policy about disclosing the names of a certain photographer, the photographer himself is typically not sworn to an nda and will disclose the information in their portfolio. Besides the point, big fashion houses just dont hire nobodies, the photographers that do their work have big names, and a signature style, which if you study photography you can figure out who the person is.

We in the photography biz know who does what from the trades
and most of us have an idea who did the work and most of the big houses use the same providers over and over again.
really hard to pick up new contracts due to that...
but as your not in the biz then really it's hard
we a closed loop biz where every one knows each other
