Here in PA it seems n o one knows what the YIELD sign means. It means that when you are coming off an interstate highway ramp and there are cars/trucks coming you STOP until there is an opening for you to pull out in. It does NOT mean you come barreling onto the road and expect the rest of us to hit other cars or drive into the grass just for YOUR ignorant sorry as s. These idiots did this to me when there was a semi in back of me, in front of me and along side me? Now you tell me where the hell I was supposed to go so this jackas s could drive at 80 MPH onto the highway??? Thanks for letting me vent! And yes, you're right, they DON'T stop at signs either!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My guess is that it is because of the same reason that they don't think a Yield sign actually means they should be prepared to stop if there is oncoming traffic. A lack of patience by most people now is what is behind most of the behaviors.

We have drivers in our towns from many different ; towns, states and countries with no stops on their street corners, so this could be one reason for not stopping at Stop Signs.
Although, in Texas, a STOP Sign means .....SLOW DOWN......I'm a texan and I recieved a citation for NOT COMING TO A COMPLETE STOP, although I told the officer I slowed down.

They enjoy the fact that they have broken the law but not hurting anyone while doing it.... They fail to realize that THEY are the jackas$es wiping out families in car accidents due to their ignorant driving.
Some people do it because they are so damn dumb that they can't figure out how to leave alittle early so they don't have to be in a hurry ! They are a few brains cells short and it will not change due to these people being allowed to reproduce !!

Aggressive behavior,in driving, think about it,more car' s, plus less time, plus bad planing in driving time for destintions, equals more people wanting to speed things up.
It may be that they inexperience driver's who do not understand road codes and driving in general.

BECAUSE EVERBODY ELSES OWNS THE WORLD THEY LIVE IN AND HAVE NO COMMON CURTISY FOR ANYBODY.or its those damn international licenses that think just b/c i can drive over in my other counrty i know how to drive here. i know everything.i dont speak english but i know the rules of the road. oh excuse me my phone is ringing.cant drive have to take this call

Its people like you pinkrose that causes accidents. You don't stop at a yield sign you yield. I hate people that stop at yield signs. People like you drive me crazy. As far as not stopping at stop signs, maybe they think its a yield sign, pinkrose.

first of all where did most people get there licence at second its because most people dont know where the brake is which would be on the left side the fat peddle and thay dont know how to use it properly and no one knows how to read STOP!

people are not patient enough. Watch older drivers, they will come to a ful stop. Then watch teenage drivers, they barely slow down.
