You don't, you find a new or used part to replace it.

Gluing a plastic piece such as shelving doesn't hold up well under the stress the shelf goes through. IF it's the interior door panel, it compromises the fridges ability to hold in the cold and will eventually cost more to run.

There are used appliance dealers out there and thrift stores with old appliances that you can find good usable parts for much less than new. However places like Lowe's and Sears can find parts for appliances. Sears has been a great source for hard to find parts.

you cut pieces of plastic from an old cassette tape transparent box, you remove the plastic mold of the door, you stick "from the back of it" those pieces with a magic plastic glue, holding the scarr sides together.
