First, sex acts of any kind should be consensual. The whole "If you love me you would..." sounds very much like high school. If she loved you, she would respect how you feel no matter what you decide. Maybe you need a new girlfriend?
That said, I don't think she's weird, it's just something she enjoys. I had boyfriend like that once; it didn't hurt me any and it was a big turn on for him. Do it only if you want to.
