I'd say that it could be very common, and maybe more than likely in some cases. I think everyone has casually thought of being with the same sex, it's just a matter of whether or not they seriously entertained the notion, whether they thought it would be nice, just curious about it, or thought it was disgusting. Maybe when one sibling admits they're gay or lesbian and they have been curious, it would let them feel more free to try it. I'd say especially if the parents didn't throw a big fit about it and disown them. Plus, they probably feel like even if the parents did disown them, they still have one sibling who can relate.

I know twin siblings that are gay-- and a brother and sister that are gay. I don't think that it matters how many children are in the family and yes it might be genetics. I don't think that gay siblings is that uncommon.

Both genetics and environment can (and do) play a big part in a person's sexual preferences! So, either way, it's not unusual to find two siblings who are gay....or at least bi.

I can't say anything about four kid families. But I can tell you I know LOADS of families where two siblings are gay. Primarily one male and one female.
