Starbucks has a warm and very inviting atmosphere. You feel good being there. Being very social, I enjoy working with people. It's a great place all the way around. The people they hire are generally very nice as well. They get my business, definitly.

I would love to work at starbucks so i could learn how to make all of their drinks and home and maybe save a buck.

I can't think of any reason - except for social reasons. I admit, I wouldn't mind hanging out some of the cute female baristas there. But I can't see myself liking working the register, enjoying brewing coffee, or mopping floors and cleaning bathrooms.

I WOULDNT. Theres more fat in the cream on a frappucino than there is a Mickey D's double cheeseburger. I dont think so. I dont wanna get fat.

Why dont you ask people who work there? Surely they would give you the answer. Otherwise the one key factor would be MONEY!
