no you probably got it in the right catagory.

how's your diet? is it a good diet...? do you eat enough greens? veggies? fresh fruits? so on?

drink enough water and juices?

how active are you?

also have a blood panel lately to see how you're doing physically?

you may be getting enough sleep? but there's so many other elements to consider...

are you on medications? do you drink often? so on.

think about these things... it's surprising how quickly you will deteriorate without proper nourishment and activity.

Being exhausted can be a result from a few things:
1) Getting not enough sleep - no explanation here.
2) Over working - If you are working too hard, you might need more than just a weekend to recuperate. Take some time off.
3) Out of shape - if you haven't been staying in shape, you can tire easily. I recommend walking or jogging a few times a week; this will help you lose some weight and feel better.

Thats just a start; you should also do some research online and see if you can find anything.

A lot of people have anemia and don't even know it. There are blood labs that do independent testing outside of a doctor's office. The cost is about $30. You could take a multi-vitamin including iron for a month and see if you feel better.

Another problem that many people have is sleep apnea. They have to awaken to breathe and don't even know it. This is usually measured in a sleep lab. I have to wonder whether you could buy a cheap voice activated tape recorder and hear whether you have trouble breathing before entering a lab to get the specifics. Apnea is important to rule out because if you go into a hospital for an operation and you have undiagnosed apnea and the hospital doesn't test for it, you can die during sleep as you can't awaken enough from anesthesia to breathe.

If you are not sleeping well, Melatonin and L-Theanine are available through health food stores and work quite well. But, it is important to do your homework on these two supplements to see if they are right for you.

Been there- changed that! Walks in morn- 20 minutes, excercise class 3times a week- its a witch at first and then you notice, hey! I feel good! Also I'm hooked on vitamin/protein powder shakes in the morning-big diff for me. ONLY soymilk (silk brand is best- in with the milk -vanilla is best!) and SOY PROTIEN-I get my fiber from the soymilk and kidney beans etc on my salads- hardly ever have breads or fast food, then I eat salads with meat and cheese for lunch- protien- and veges for a snack and meat and veges for dinner- its not an extreme diet but 35 lbs! in 3 months and lifes good! I feel like me and not my mom! My hubby keeps asking what I'm on! Good luck-you may not want to lose weight etc but the energy thing works!

I am in the same boat-but I have found that by exercising and eating right it does help. You might have a sleep apnea problem you don't even realize. I would talk to you dr.

exercise, eat right and try to get 8 hours of sleep a night. Also drink a lot of water and take B vitamins.

you may want to get your iron checked also.

You either have to sleep better, or exercise more. I have the same issue. Remember to always talk to your doctor to rule out any medical issues!!

I found out that it really helped when I changed my diet. Your energy shoots up so much when you cut out fried food and eat more fruits.
