I find it hard to believe this magazine article.

It said a very high number of women seek out married men because they are excellent lovers and 'want it so bad'

Do you think this is true, or possibly a male editors wish ?

Also last night my friend pointed out a dating advert, the girl said she was only interested in married men !! I can only wonder was it either a man pretending to be a girl or a potential black mailer

I think it just sells magazines, I would never knowingly go into a relationship with a married man, some women do because of commitment issues.

I think to a large extent it is true, the editor may be male or may not, however, one of the other member already said it. some women intentionally seek out married men because, it involves low risk and very low commitment, you don't have the attachments of a regular boyfriend, but as she also said that woman is wrecking something that has already been built by some other woman and it's not fair.

Married men seem to be the type that's dependable, ready to settle down, but once again it's because he found the woman he wanted to do it with.

I think it more out of fantasy than fact that married men are so desirable. When the fact kicks in we get more incidents of divorce.

I have trouble believing this! Why would any woman "settle" for a married man who can presumably only offer occasional sex and little more? I want a guy that can take me out, wine me and dine me, not one I have to hide out with so the wifey doesn't find out.

I want a man that can spend significant amounts of time with me and not one who has to sneak out behind his wife's back, who I can only see when it's convenient to him.

Now, granted, I know a **** that is dating a RICH married man who is able to rent nice hotel rooms, take her out for an occasional weekend at some some resort, that sort of thing. He's a sugar Daddy and pays some of her bills.

But she's a ****, she has no brains, she doens't have a decent job and her whole self-image is wrapped up in needing to have a man in her life. She's pathetic.

I hope his wife finds out...

I think married men are always interested in some form of fun with no strings attached - I know I am!

Unfortunately this leaves them open to all kinds of blackmail if they leave behind a woman who clearly wants more from their "relationship" than just a quick sh*g once in a while.

Married men are no more accomplished lovers than unmarried ones ... they just have fewer inhibitions when trying out different positions and fetishes etc. with another woman. They're also more likely to agree to anything the other woman wants to do because they know they won't get it at home!

I think its the married men who want to have fun outside the relationship without the risk of getting caught and the best of two worlds staying single and married at the same time.

Is it the blame that most women get then when they get caught with the married man when the relationship breaks down.

It does tend to be true that some women look for married men but not for those reasons. It is the old saying that if someone else wants it it must be worth having.Married men have family decent jobs pay their bills own their cars and are willing to marry and settle down. It's like getting a puppy that is already house broke. What they don't know is that the reason they have all these things is because they have a wife who pushes them to do what they are supposed to do.

I think it a male editors wish - If women where doing this sort of thing "wanting it so bad" I would put a ring on my finger and go out - lot easier to pull then.

Whoever writes these articles is living in cuckoo land

It can be possibly true since most married man who are not commited to their wives would fancy a fling once in a while and most single women would not want commitment too and would prefer married men becuase they would not be jeaous of whats happening around the girl so it can be a true statement.

I got approched more while I was wearing my wedding band than without, not that I'm hot or anything, but it seems like some women prefer married men.
