RELAX! Honestly...the next day is so stressful for some brides...I would suggest a nice spa treatment, maybe mani/pedicure, a massage. Most bridal consultants will tell you to do some things the night before but some things need to be done a day or more in advance. I found the knot.com had a ton of great suggestions and articles. I would suggest it to anyone! Good luck and if you all can't afford to do something relaxing, why don't you get a bunch of gals together, one does nails, one does a little shoulder massage, one gives mud masks, etc. Then try to get to bed early with out sleep aids or alcohol and think happy thoughts for the wonderful day ahead! SLEEP!!! You'll need it! Wedding days are hectic and frantic...tell your friend to sleep...take a downer if she has to. Between the ceremony and reception, not to mention all the photograph sessions and meeting people...on top of all the early morning preparation...sleep! Party a few days before, but she's gonna be exhausted the day of.

What I did was my best friend stay all night and we talk about all the good times we had together and we toast to many more friendship.

I had a box with all the cards and pictures and and flowers he had given to me and I read all those and just remembered why i decide to marry him. It's nice to get those butterflies before marriage.

GET AS MUCH REST AS POSSIBLE TRY TO HAVE EVERYTHING YOU NEED AT HAND AND READY SO WHEN YOU GET UP IN THE MORNING ALL YOU NEED TO DO IS GO GET YOUR HAIR DONE AND GET DRESS. AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST "LIVE HAPPILY EVER AFTER". GOOD LUCK
