I use it for pancake/waffle batter, smoothies, lattes, scrambled eggs, etc.
There is a recipe for quiche on the back of my carton.

Well I call it SOY BEVERAGE because I figured it was not really 'milk' ... I mean the process of "milking" is not used is it? I mean the bean is not milked is it?
There are different TYPES of soy beverage, some people may not realize this, there are different ways that teh bean is processed and there are different "forms" of the BEV.
I like to make blueberry fruit smoothies etc etc with the beverage also well you can make "creamy" stuff....
When we go vegan ~ You see, "cream and cheese" does not really change names, does it? I mean they would just be "made dif." with dif. ingredients moreover... where as with the milk thing...it is a "process change"... I think I am being LOGICAL on this one.
food for thought

definite quite I quite have. I quite have coffee instead of in simple terms easy milk on my cornflakes specially situations. What i do is warmth up some milk on the range and make my coffee as nicely-known. Simmer it for somewhat and then pour it over my cereal. that's extremely effective and heat on those chilly mornings.

Use the regular plain version (not lite or lo fat) in place of milk in most recipes. I've used it to make cooked puddings and mashed potatoes and have not noticed a difference.
