!)Read! Books, novels, articles, newspapers, whatever.
2)Play smart. Crosswords, lexicons, word searches, brain teasers, puzzles, and sudoko will make your mind sharp.
3)Take courses on anything that interests you.
4)Learn to play an instrument. Take lessons and practice often.
5)Read quotes and think about each one and all the meanings.
6)Travel to new places and try new things, gain experience.
7)Keep a personal journal and record your opinions, emotions, and reactions to the things that happen to you each day. This will help you articulate your thoughts.
8)TV doesn't have to be a "boob tube"! Commit to watching at least one news program a day, preferably world news versus local. Find at least one of the countries they talked about on a map, whether it be offline or on. Don't forget the game show Jeopardy--there's nothing wrong with having fun while you are learning!

I think reading increases intelligence the most... but do NOT try to make yourself 'smart' in order to get a guy. Truly just be yourself. Plus, everyone views what is 'smart' differently.

examine. Or are you concerning elevating your I.Q.? Theoretically I.Q. (Intelligence Quotient) is a length of your skill to apply what understand-how you've. there is a few evidence to point you could boost your I.Q. through examining, listening to music, viewing paintings, taking particular supplementations and minerals, and so on., even with the indisputable fact that it quite is open for debate. that's truly elementary to develop your understand-how, yet increasing your skill to keep in mind what you've discovered takes a particular volume of concentration and/or practice. If, on the different hand, you recommend wiser, that, i imagine, calls for fairly some contemplation and a modicum of common sense. Many undereducated human beings were sensible, and many discovered human beings were fairly unwise. in case you truly favor to develop into smarter, i imagine the way in which is to examine; yet meaning examining books except in simple terms fantasy, sci-fi, or romance novels. examine some non-fiction books, information magazines, and so on. good luck.

you have to exercise your brain to build new brain cells.
if you're in school, organize a time during the day when you can study.
read books, and have a dictionary at hand when there are words you cannot understand.
from personal experience -- doing a lot of "problem-solving" helped a lot. i buy puzzles sometimes, and i like solving equations when it comes to math, physics, and chemistry. when you build new brain cells -- your memory becomes stronger, and helps you learn more and better.
