I think people play games in order to protect themselves. People are afraid of being open, and even more afraid of getting hurt. So in most dating relationships there is a push/pull mentality until the two people in the relationship decide to communicate better. Communication is the key!

You said she likes you, so she's not hurting any "relationship". A gameplayer will always be a game player, step out anyway.
