I want to know this because I was watching online that NO Explode won an award for muscle builder of the year and I want to know if anyone here has tried it and what results they got from it because BSN products are not cheap.

I have been on and off BSN's NO Xplode for the last year. I take it about 30-45min before I work out, which is great timing for me. I get some great pumps (more energy from the caffeine) from it and feel that pumped feeling all day. That is really the only reason I take the product. I take protein, creatine, and eat a lot for building muscle. I wouldn't rely on NO Xplode just for that. It is expensive, but one of my client owns a nutrition company so i get it at cost. Lemonade flavor seems to be the best. You can find some reviews on noexplodereviews.com.

I personally tried one bottle of it and honeslty didn't see the results that I wanted from one bottle so didn't buy anymore of it but my friend went through 4 bottles before he finally achieved the ripped look he was going for after spending at least 2 hours a day 4-5 days a week in the gym. So it can work but I just don't think it is worth the money. He saw gains of about 125 pounds on bench after all 4 we done and an increase of around 20 pounds of muscle. I would suggest going to look on ebay for the new fizogen products M1-bol and 17-bol if you are wanting to get bigger and ripped.
