listen to yourt heart and go with you instincint
you are big boys and girls now and age shouldnt make a difference
just keep your cool and maybe a nice relationship forms out of this
you obviously were atracted to him before you found out his age
so you should STILL be because age doesnt matter
ohhh and dont worry about his mom
what can she do about it

If you didn't thought that he could be younger than you it sounds as if he's ok for you, no matter for the age.
You can understand easily how do you feel with someone.. there are (not so many) people that are more mature than the age they have.. there is a bigger number of immature people but it seems as if you've found someone that fits ok with you.
This is the first step. Then you have to understand what your wills are.. and if it's ok both you and him will have a beautiful future together..
In this case I want to tell you to make him understand that the only problem you'll have about the different age is that you'd probably have the need to build a family (and have some children) sooner than him.. that's the only problem..

Good luck and don't be afraid of things that don't matter with love.. age is just a convention, a rule!!

Take care! :)

I must admit that I am also partial to someone much younger than me, but 18 is not really a serious age and you should look at it in the same light as I do when I meet younger girls, enjoy but know that it is only a bit of pleasure in the long road of life not something you should worry about, he will soon get fed up and look for something younger, be careful you do not fall for him seriously as you will suffer far more than him. Finally if you have doubts or pangs of moral issues, stop it now as it will only lead to problems. If you are single at 28 you should be thinking of marriage and children with someone much more stable and responsible with a future ahead of him.

He is too young for a 28 year-old woman. At 28 you are (hopefully) much more mature and probably much more experienced than he is. Additionally, you are at a stage in life which he is not yet even close to. Another thing to consider is the physical changes as you and he age. You'll probably end up heartbroken if you allow this to develop into a serious relationship.

I think that the age difference is too great for a long term relationship. Your differences will start bumping into each other after the aurora fades.
If it's just for fun; sure, as long as you don't lead him on and end up hurting him. At 18, he can be either very mature or totally immature. You know him. Act accordingly.

Continue how you are, there is no issue with seeing some 10years your senior, iv been dating older but thats a secret lol. If you get on really well dont spoil the moment, and continue. Love isnt judged by age and age should not be a problem!

Continue! Good luck.xx

I don't think the age difference would mean anything in 10 years, so by that rationale, maybe you should pursue this relationship. Depends how you get on with one another. I think it is worth a couple of dates, but I wouldn't go get a wedding planner or be total protesting of another date. If its meant to be, its meant to be. However, you have to realize the ignorance of someone so young. Have to see what he's about.

You may get along really well in the beginning but trust me my boyfriend is 10 years younger than me and eventually the age difference starts to make the all the difference especially when it comes to goals and responsibilities.

Age is a number. Maturity is what counts. My man is 27 years younger than I am. I don't believe in time at all. I cannot reconcile the idea of time to the certainty of Eternity. All that matters to me is that we're good together.
