Ice cream is made with corn syrup. Corn is a grain, not a vegetable.
Corn syrup is very bad for you.
To stay in good shape you would eat lots of good protein, lots of vegetables, and some fruits.

Every food has the potential to be transformed into fat. The human body stores energy in the form of fat.

Just eating specific foods will not make you stay in shape. It is necessary for you to exercise, both resistance exercise (weight lifting, etc) and Aerobic (running, etc) are needed to maintain healthy muscles, lungs, heart and other internal organs.

Eating from a variety of food types is most beneficial for you. Humans are Omnivores - we are built to eat both vegetables and meats, and need the vitamins and minerals from both plants and animal foods.

Everything in moderation.... even ice cream.

The simple answer is this: Burn more calories than you take in, exercise daily & you will be fine.

( Of course, eating more raw foods & less junk food is not a bad idea )
