The best way I have found is to use one of those hanging things and you just put tour bananas on that and if you have individual ones use a wire mesh tray to sit them on, so they are off the worktop or fruit bowl, also dont keep them in the dark, they go brown quicker,, If you have a load of brown bananas make a banana loaf with them,, grin... good luck..

You can put them in the fridge for a couple days once they gave ripened. This will keep them from ripening anymore than they already have. They will only be good for a few more days this way though and you have to eat them straight out of the fridge or they will turn black. Don't put underripe bananas in the fridge or they will never ripen.

Don't put them in the fridge. Don't put them in a bowl with other fruit, try to buy a "banana tree"(it's like a wooden thing you hang a bunch of bananas from).

I oftentimes purchase 2 bunches, one ripe that i can consume good away and a million eco-friendly that i can enable sit down for some days until eventually they ripen. in the event that they start to get too ripe placed them interior the refrigerator. this might end the ripening technique. the floor gets spotty or black, however the banana itself would be solid.
