I am on the phone with someone that would know. A friend of mine that is a MD. ( I was talking to him when I saw your question) He says that it is so many thingss that it could be, that he would not even warrant a quess. He said that there is certain things that would concern him. The vomiting and nauseau. You can become seriously dehydrated. He said the lack of energy can be caused from the vomiting and dehydration. He says that you MUST see a doctor, even if you have to go to a communtiy center or to a Emergency Room that has to see you and in most states give you a follow up with one physician.

There are health clinics in most towns that will allow you to see a doctor either free or at a substantially reduced rate. Not for profit hospitals cannot turn someone away because of inability to pay.
Your symptoms can be indicative of many things from a minor problem to a life-threatening condition. Anyone attempting to diagnose you in here is doing you a great disservice. You need to see a doctor ASAP.

The symptoms you describe could be cardiac-related. Heart disease is one of the most missed and mis-diagnosed killers of women in America. I work at a hospital and can tell you this...no emergency room can turn you away regardless of your ability to pay, it's against the law. Take yourself to an emergency room...sooner, not later. You could be having a heart attack. Go now, the hospital will work with you later on the $$ issue.

you can't afford to NOT go to a doctor. If the symptoms are still going on tommorow go to a primacare or even an emergency room...you can work out a payment plan with most hospitals....

Go to a free clinic immediately, or go to emergency ward and ask for charity care -they have forms to fill out and you will not pay.
You are probably toxic with chemicals of some kind but tests have to be done
