A UK size 8 is an American Size 4, not a 6. There is no such thing as a UK size 0 or a UK size 2.
A US size 0 is a UK size 4, which is the smallest UK size available and it is hardly stocked in any shops, besides some designer places and Gap.
For example, Victoria Beckham would be a UK size 4 (US size 0). Stats for this size would be approximately 31-23-33! HTH : )

You can buy size 4 in some Gap shops.
UK 8 = US 4.
Plus, American sizes are normally bigger than UK sizes.
