J'ai mi ici would mean i have mi here but what you've written doesn't actually mean anything (well at least not in french) but it could be a dialect or creole. : )

J'ai mi ici would mean 'I put (it) here' but wouldn't be a great way of saying it though.

If spelling is not obvious, this could have been : J'aime ici, meaning I like here.
