The National Council reports it on Pet Population Study and Policy, from the 5000 or so US agencies who responded to the survey, that over 2 million dogs enter shelters annually. Of those 27% are relinquished by owners, 42% are turned in by animal control, 31 by other sources, of these dogs, 56% are euthanized.

Get a pug! They are awsome dogs, they're full of personality and they are so ugly they're actually cute.

mutts are my fav. they have the least problems and come in any size. they are very loyal and have great tempers. the better you treat them the more they love you. good luck!

I really like yorkies but if you have kids, I would reccomend a beagle. Thery are very kid friendly.

Please go to a shelter or a breed rescue group..Save a puppy instead of buying one-

i like mutts... they need love too you know!! you can often find them at shelters... they are all cute.. well.. most of them anyways! :D
