I know that as long as a person drinks enough fluids, the body will continuously produce urine. But feces is the elimination of waste from the body, or in other words, the parts of the food you eat that cannot be converted to fuel for the cells. I want to know if there are any foods a person can eat and still have a balanced diet that will not produce solid waste. I know it sounds crazy, but is it possible?

I doubt it. The reason I say this is because several years ago after having gastric bypass surgery I was on an all-liquid diet immediately afterwards and I still produced solid waste. And it was very gentle liquids, not protein shakes and the like, but skim milk and clear soup broth with some liquid iron for good measure. I found it kind of odd but I guess any protein will produce solid waste. The only protein I was really getting was from the skim milk.

i found the only food that doesn't give me real solid waste is grapes, but we cannot survive on grapes alone. A solid waste is good but if it floats that is better that means that you are eating light healthy diet.drinking fluids helps lessen the solidity of your waste though. I don't believe there is a diet out there that doesn't produce a non-solid waste

you want solid waste, it is very very bad for you to have watery movements. You should also take soluble fiber.

South Beach is a good diet. Carbs must come from good wholesome sources such as fruit and veggies and whole grains, oatmeal etc.

If you really want watery poop I suggest eating 50% of your food in fruit..
