how do they make that gorgeous curry sauce you get with your curry ? i have almost perfected my curry, but its not the same as theirs. is the sauce imported allready done ?

i work in a chinese kitchen, they use 3 drums of oil apples oranges ginger ect cook it until it goes into a paste this paste lasts them a week, everyday when they are prepareing to open their shop they mix a drop of the paste with boiling water to make the sauce, if you go into your local chinesse they will sell you a tub of curry paste

I think it's the MSG that makes it 'gorgeous'

Oh great question, I've always wanted to know the answer to that.. and while you're at it what do they fry their chips in, Chinese chips are just amazing..
