Ever had one of those days where you just wish you'd stayed in bed?

I woke up this morning to a disgusting smell and had to play hunt the cat crap to find it behind the sofa.

I had nothing ironed for work so found a crumpled shirt to iron. In my haste to get the ironing board up, I dropped the hot iron, burning a nice iron print into my carpet.

I got caught be a speed camera on my way to work, so I now await my fine and 3 points.

I checked my online bank statement today and found that due to a mistake with amending a standing order, I was £300 over drawn and I'm not facing charges of god knows how much.

I've had the worst day ever at work and I just feel like giving up and going home back to bed!!

don`t worry about it bad days happen. my mum died almost 2 years ago, i look after my dad as he has advanced alzheimers, my dog has a severe heart murmur and isn`t expected to last too much longer. i have 2 brother and 2 sisters that don`t come near me because they can`t handle the situation and i`m the youngest of all of them. wen my dad finally goes i face being homeless and i`m up to my neck in debt but i still can afford a smile everyday. most days are bad days for me but wot i prefer to do is search for the good that happens in a day but i do get days wen nothing good happens. those days i just write off and i prepare myself for wotever is going to happen next day. i wont let anything or anyone drag me down. tomorrow will be ok u`ll see. try see the funny side of ur day. wen u see ur friends u can put it across to them as a funny story. thats wot i do and it works. keep smiling babes :)

I know it sounds like the worst day ever to you and i am sorry it has been. We all have bad days and everything we do, touch or say goes pear shaped and we feel pants.
My husband has had a day from hell and now a delivery has messed up which means he now has to drive for three hours there three hours back and finish the job for client before tommorow. he will not be home until midnight and his day has been like that all day. In all this I said to him without thinking. "Oh well good job you had your weetabix this am!" We both laughed and that is the best medicine something or someone to make you laugh. I once decided to clean the windows stood on chair put foot down to get off and fell into the CAT LITTER it was ever where.Took me ages to clean it all up and had to have shower after as poo was in my hair dont ask!
Run a nice hot bath, shut out all the world find a great dvd, video or television programme, big block of chocolate and a comfy blanket to wrap round you.

dont know about that but I have one that might compete
couple of weeks ago the day started off fine

then wen to work and got a phone call from student loan people saying i haven't been paying my loans(of which I've beeen making 2000$/month payments on since march...and they would not take my word for it even after Ir ead them my bank statement

Got a punch and run in the nose cause the girl I was seeing at the time was mouthy to someone and opposed to hitting her he thought he'd be tough and hit the big guy(breaking my nose and requiring me to go for one surgery so far and anothher one in a couple of weeks.

Then later on that night I was confronted with some discomfort in the ole pubic region(turned out it was a yeast infection) which scared the hell out of me cause I thought she had given me an std and had to wait a week to get a final answer.

fun times

I feel bad for you it sounds like you had a really crappy day and you probably should go back to bed

The worst day of my life---well since I have had several I think the worst day was when my second husband announced that he was wanting a divorce and he was moving his new girlfriend in. I lost it but whats worse is that we both worked at the same place and he caused so much aggravation for me at work by playing mind games that I almost lost my job Then he gets married to her two months after we get divorced because she faked being pregnant by him and threatened to kill herself he he left her. After a while I decided that I was tired of feeling down and with the help of my friends I found a new guy and then I got pregnant after trying for over 6 years with both of my ex husband(who were both sterile) But then my second ex started harrassing me at work even though he got moved to a different shift and was married But because I was happy and pregnant by this new guy he was so jealous Misery loves company. I got tired of being harrassed so I quit my job My new boyfriend was happy that I finally quit because of the stress I was under and it was not good for me or the baby So to make a long story short my boyfriend and I moved about 4 hours away from the town my ex and I lived in and we had our baby boy in July of this year. It just goes to show that the worst days of your life can get better

It tends to happen like this it all happens at once. Yes you've had a bad day but you can always laugh about it. Calm down and take a deep breath and once you wake tommorow you can breath a sigh of relief! It can always be worse (i won't give examples as it would depress you) so think positive and smile and at least you have something intresting to tell your friends about.

Wow that is a shitty day, I hope it gets better or I would take your own advice and just stay in bed next time.

When you get home open a bottle of wine and watch all your problems disappear like the contents.

Wishing you a better day tomorrow.

Stop at a local pub on the way home have a stiff one and then go home and relax and don't worry about things that you can't control. And don't go to sleep thinking about them just go to sleep and when you wake up remember that things can always be worse

But you're not fighting back the tears from heart break! I'm in work, intermittently sobbing, feeling like an awful eejit, but I can't help it. I want to get home to keep my red, puffy eyes out of the public's sight.
Do I win??!!!!

Been there, done that.
I find that when I wake up, start my day out by talking to God and asking the Holy Spirit to be with me all day, that my whole day is just better! God Bless!

i could have been a worse day!!!! you still alive and have all your senses and legs and arms, when we wake up in the mornings we take for granted all of these blessings, some people never wake up and some do wake up but with one or more senses not working.

once i read in a book " I WAS COMPLAINING I HAD NO SHOES UNTIL I MET A MAN WITH NO FEET"

have a nice day ;)
