Abortion is tricky like that. Even if you are not religious, you still have to answer the question of "when does a fetus become a human with rights?" It is not so cut and dry no matter if you are an atheist or a monk.

You sound like a guy who would have two bumper stickers on his car.
One saying "Save the Baby Seals" and the other saying
"Pro-Choice."
Just because a fetus is not a breathing individual does not mean that life has not begun.
When someone kills a pregnant woman, they can also be charged with killing her fetus. Abortion laws are oxymoronic.
