because cats ears are sensative, besides the fact that it tickles, they can hear way better than humans, so it probably sounds like a rushing wind to the cat

I have noticed that my cats have hairs that stick up on their ears that seem to be sensitive like their whiskers. I'm guessing it has something to do with that.

cause they feel something weird going in their ear and want to get it out my cat does that even when u touch his ears.

because it has hair in its ear and the hair is used as sensors.the "sensors" can feel the slightest touch.it is just a cat reflex.
