maybe you are not eating right? or try to excersise a bit, or add more protein and fiber to your diet, and drink lots of water. are you sleeping at least 8hrs? You can try taking a shower when you get home, that'll give u some energy.

It is your mental status which makes you exhausted.Therefore ....
* Enjoy your work nomatter how distasteful it is.
* Do your work with enthusiasm like a child.
* Set a target for your work and feel satisfied at the end of the day
* For a moment move away from your table and look around to find out some thing new.
* Get up and wash your face every 2 hours with cold water.
* Talk to your colleagues every now and then.
* Change the look of your surroundings very often.Have some natural scenaries on your walls.
* Crack some jokes during office hours .
You are pretty young and you shouldnt get exhausted at all.

Well, you are to young to be exhausted after work. Do you drink water through out the day? Do you eat fresh fruits and veggies? And I know you'll hate me for this one but, do you get any exercise? All of this is part of a healthy life style and for your age you should have lots of energy. If you feel you are living a healthy life style I would tell the doctor that you are exhausted after work and maybe you need your thyroid checked. It is a simple blood test. More and more women are finding they need medication to regulate it. Just what we need another female hormone issue out there right?? Oh I forgot, some folks only need like six hours of sleep, others need eight. Maybe you need more? Try getting more sleep. As for refreshing yourself I think that is where a healthy dinner comes into play.

Watch what you eat. Make sure you are getting enough iron because low iron in women can make you very tired. Do yoga when you get home to wind down. You may just be mentally exhausted. Take a complex B vitamin. This helps with energy.

It appears to me you are very busy in your work and forgetting to drink water which is the cause of your tiredness.I would advise you to drink more water as well as lime juice whenever you get a time to remain refresh after office hours.

that very easy, first when u come home go to have a nice bath, then go into the kitchen have a nice cup of tea with biscuit then put some soft music until u felt a sleep then when u wake up go outside make a trip on your bike and return home play with ur dog... i think that will help

Try eating an apple or other piece of fruit mid-afternoon, or walking around your office or go outside and walk a bit in the fresh air.

I have the same problem, I get up at 5:30am and don't get home until 6 at night so I'm usually pretty beat. As hard as it is to get myself to go to the gym, going helps so much. It gives me so much energy even if I only go for 30min-1 hr.
