and not to worry about who is "the son of god." So forget about trying to convert me, god has spoken.

I think you're confused about who has spoken to you. Here's a few hints:

2 Cor. 11:14b For Satan himself transforms himself into an angel of light.

Isaiah 14:12 “ How you are fallen from heaven,
O Lucifer, son of the morning!
How you are cut down to the ground,
You who weakened the nations!
13 For you have said in your heart:

‘ I will ascend into heaven,
I will exalt my throne above the stars of God;
I will also sit on the mount of the congregation
On the farthest sides of the north;
14 I will ascend above the heights of the clouds,
I will be like the Most High.’

Time is very short. Please open your heart to God.

Peace and blessings.

If one reads in Acts 2:41, one will find that only God adds to the church. The Church being spiritual, one should seek is a congregation of the church that worships according to what the New Testament teaches. God does not speak directly to anyone today except through the Bible.

God is Truth, so He cannot contradict Himself.

God's word clearly says that believers should not give up fellowship with one another. Also stated in the bible is that faith comes from hearing, and hearing from the word of God.

In other words, He wants us to meet and listen to the preaching of His word. The church is one good example of such a place.

There is a time for personal quiet time, but there's also a time for congregational worship and praise.

Of course, if the church you're going is not actually a genuine Christian church but a cult, then it's a different case and you should stop going immediately.

I don't see any reason why your God experience would not be any less valid than others. Christians tell me all the time that od told them such and such about me and I just reply that That's funny, he never told me that.

As long as God does not tell you to harm anyone, I say it is okay to listen.

Maybe He's telling you to not join a particular church, perhaps one that you are drawn to.

Keep searching. God will show you where to go to church.

Sounds just as legitimate as any other such "god has spoken to me" type argument.

God would not tell you that - He would be lying and God cannot lie! Must be Satan talking to you.
