What did he do to make you hate him? I always thought someone had to do things in your life to hate but on this site I see they hate without a cause..Please explain to me ,I just can't understand hate like that.

If they knew him on a personal level as their Savior, they would not hate him. People usually hate what they don't understand. Just pray for them, love them where they are at and know how effective prayer is. The hardest hearts can turn soft.

People fear what they don't understand, There are so many religons out there now that were originally based on the Gospel and then certain people take one scripture and misconstrew it and then you have a new religion. There are a lot of preachers in this area that preeach once saved always saved which is not the case. Take the Jewish people when Christ was Crucified. They believe that Christ existed but not that He is the Son of God. That is why there is a big to do when Male Jewish Children are 12 or so. Non Believers fear what they don't understand and it is OUR great commision, Commanded by God to go out and Spread they word - Have a Blessed Day

I think there are people that hate Jesus. But I think that it's what he's teaching that they hate even more. Society today doesn't like to be dictated, and the Bible tells what kind of life you need to live in order to get to Heaven.
Also, some people can't grasp something that comes from a book. They need visable and touchable proof in order to believe.
Christians have faith...some people just don't understand that.

I don't think anyone hates Jesus. But there is a strong dislike of Christianity and Christians, who often don't follow the teachings of Jesus. In many respects, modern Christians are the antithesis of all that Jesus taught. Many Christians that I personally know very little about the Jesus' teachings in the bible or the history of the construction of the Bible. I'm a Buddhist and I tend to think of Jesus as very Buddha-like. But the teachings of Jesus became perverted largely by Paul and subsequent centuries of church leaders.

If you believe people hate Jesus, then you might as well believe the silly reason the Bible says we do, it's because we love sin.
If you are able to pull your mind out of ancient texts momentarily, you would realize that MOST people simply don't believe Jesus was a god. That isn't the same as hating him.

I don't think anyone here hates Jesus. What I believe you are seeing is a reaction non-believers are having towards some fundamentalists attempting to shove their beliefs down the collective throats.
It gets old after awhile.

People who hate Jesus also hates every body that's tried to help them, including their parents. I feel sorry for people like that. They have an inner problem.
Some are just being abusive and showing their ignorance, while thinking themselves cute.

i don't think people hate him,i think they are afraid of what they don't know..allot of people actually hate organized religion..and with the falling of church leaders[pastors&priests,youth leaders] etc. in the news constantly it isn't to hard to see the lefts agenda to put everyone in a catagory of religous freaks!i myself believe in god and jesus christ..but i dont go to church because of my personal problems with organized religion these days..it doesn't mean i hate jesus or god..it means i dispise the fact that they have become so money hungry and have quit doing what the church was meant to do..but i love god and jesus just the same!so dont judge people who are ignorant and put all religous people in the jesus freak category!this shows how small there minds are..but yet they believe in ghosts ,hauntings,psychics etc.. which all is in the bible and in fact they are hipocrites that are clueless..when they ask how i know god is real when did you see him etc..i just tell them i feel him,,they laugh at me til i tell them do you see the wind,no ,,but you know it's there and you see what it does and you feel it!samething..

i don't, do we? and why should we?
but why should we like or hate him or someone whom we never met before?
we all knew, be it jesus or any other messengers are just doing their job to convey god's messages so whatever the saying or words of god are for humans who wish to seek revelation or salvation
we are in not to impress god by liking or worshipping his messengers dont think that's what god wants himself but to seek the truth from his words and pls don't think that by being defensive of jesus or other prophets will get you to heaven but of utmost importance is to be defensive of what is true
i'm not afraid of going to hell talking bad about jesus or other holy man but of the facts what's true
and i don't ask for heaven for being nice or do something good

do u think that mohamed really wants to have 4 wives in a row?

Very few people actually hate Jesus. They hate the people who misquote him and use his name to achieve selfish ends.
