Accept Jesus as your Lord and savor, and he will give you a brand new heart altogether! Its his gift to you, if you ask for it.
"..give me an undivided Heart...for great is your love towards me;you have delivered me from the depths of the grave" psalm 86:11
"... for you have set my heart free" psalm 119:32
"He tends his flock like a shepherd: He gathers the lambs in his arms and carries them close to his heart" isaiah 40:11
"I live in a high and holy place, but also with him who is contrite and lowly of spirit to revive the spirit of the lowly and to revive the heart of the contrite" (meaning God is close to the broken hearted) Isaiah 57:15
And a favorite...
"I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you, I will remove from you your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh" (an alive heart) Ezekiel 36:26
"Here i am! i stand at the door (your heart) and knock. If anyone hears my voice (my message) and opens the door, (your heart) I will come in and eat with him and him with me" (be close and caring) Revelation 3:20

I have found surround yourself with as much positive situations to make you feel good about yourself and dont talk about the situation much. Go out to have fun. Your friends will help you or make new ones to help you get over it. But in no means did i say lose your old ones. Your friends now you and can help you. I went threw a horrible time a while back and this how i got over it, Mainly the positive outlook and friends I made took me a long way.

there ware two ways to deal with it. you either deal with it positively or negatively. being positive means focusing on what's most important.. and that is you. take time for a make-over. yes, it does help. making yourself beautiful does give positive aura. it makes you love yourself more. thus, being more confident and trusting yourself to be a better person even without your ex-better half.
some people deal with heartbreaks negatively. they eat comfort food like chocolates. i have nothing against this because it's actually good for your health. some take drugs, smoke, drink and do different vices. if you continue to do this, you might end up getting fat and wasted. some do not want to talk to anyone, locking up herself all day in her room. this is not a very good way to respond to breakups. it will only make you feel more depressed. it is important to have lots of companies during these times. friends and family really help a lot.

there isnt really any easy way..im going through this right now..you just have to go no with your own life..im doing alot of shopping for myself this time trying to get a better job to start my career..when you are in a relationship it tends to hold you back sometimes on things you want to do but never accomplish...i would say go out and do some things you wanted to get done..
