Yes. The combined force of the explosion, with the loss of electrical energy to the tornado, and the scortching of the very air that comprises a Tornado would starve and collapse even an F5 or F6 Tornado.

yeah, I'm sure it could.. the shockwave from the nuclear blast would decimate the tornado.. but the fallout would mess up a lot more people than a tornado ever could!
