Three answers it depends on the size of your keg.
Firkin: 2 pins = 9 gallons = 72 pints
Kilderkin (frequently 'kil'): 2 firkins = 18 gallons = 144 pints
Barrel: 2 kilderkins = 36 gallons = 288 pints
Hope this helps

288 is the mathamatical answer. The actual count will bet determined by what you do with the foam. If you pour some off the top - less, Leave an inch or so at the top and count it - more.
In this case, less = better = more.
