I mean, since they had rightfully taken that land from the Europeans with the sword, they should treat it the same as they treat Israel - Land that once belonged to someone else, they took, and now has been taken back by those people. If it's so important to them in Palestine, why not in Spain?

Jerusalem isnt mentioned in the Koran, nor is Madrid. Mohammed never went to Jerusalem. Nor did he go to Madrid. The two places should be of equal religious value to the Muslim religion. Spain has old mosques, so does Israel. Catch my drift?

What is interesting is that Jews were expelled from Jerusalem in 135 CE and were only allowed back in after Muslims gained control.

And, Muslims protected Jews from Catholics who were trying to murder them for refusing to convert.

Talk about biting the hand that feeds you on a massive scale, Zionists are the world's largest group of ingrates.

The majority of Israelis are atheists and they have no ties whatsover to Palestine or the Middle East. They came to Palestine to escape the slums they created in their native lands. But, it had nothing to do with religion.

The difference is that the land that was taken was not Israel's to begin with. It was a shared land, traditionally both Arabs and Jews were in this land and now the Jews want to kick the Palestinians out. Not only that ut that most of the people living in Israel are not from this land originally, they are German, Polish and Jews from many countries. And the mosque in Jerusalem was visited by the Prophet Mohammed(pbuh). It is the only mosque that he visited outside Saudi Arabia and for this reason it is considered the 3rd most holy mosque in Islam.
Also consider another point, we here in the USA took this land from the Native Americans. Are we ready to give it back to them. What if they took over the government and herded us into concentration camps called reservations and then let people of many nations who want to worship their God move into our homes? Is that OK with you? Cause if it is I will follow you to the reservation. And then maybe Mexico should be given back to the natives and all the people with Spanish blood get out. South America anyone? Most of the Western countries today have been taken over from their native inhabitants and maybe this is why we all keep quiet about the Palestinians, we don't want to stir up too much dust in our own backyard. It might cause us a problem then so we are willing to forget them to serve our own selfish needs.

The land in Palestine has religious significance, Spain doesnt, You need to get your facts right here, The Quraan mentions Musjidul Aqsa in Jerusalen in the 17th Chapter in the Quraan. (Surah Bani Israel) i dont have the exact verse for you but if you get an English Quraan you will easily find it, The Prophet Muhammed (P.B.U.H) went from Makkah to Jerusalem where he led the prayer with all the previous prophets including Isa(Jesus). Moosa(Moses) and Ibrahim(Abraham) and then he ascended to the heavens where he met Allah and he was given the gift of Salaah(offering the five daily prayers).
