If your are suffering, I'm sure it doesn't feel like an illusion. When the argument is made about suffering being illusory, it is looking at the thoughts that constructed the suffering as being transient, therefore not permanent, nor are they entities that could have a hold over you. In that sense, they are illusory.

no. illusion is really the wrong word in my opinion, dont take it literally. u do suffer on earth, but as u grow spiritually you will learn view suffering from a different level and it wont look as bad.

Words have truer meanings when we break them down
DIS/EASE.
Most diseases are due to stress in our bodies, physical and
psychological.
The mind can make them worse, as we are made of body, mind,
and spirit.
Eat right and exercise. Get around positive people, and the
spiritual aspects of joy, and peace of mind will follow.
