I'd offer him coffee since I usually have that on hand. Then I would probably sneak out the back door. It might be nice to sit down for coffee with death though.

i reckon a whisky or something. if all ive got to offer is tea or coffee i reckon he'd go for the coffee.
tea seems a bit of a sissy drink and is actually nice, while coffee is black and tastes like dirt and bark - seems more his style for some reason.
as for what id say to him, if he came to my door and said "hi, im looking for you", id pretend he had the wrong person and act like i didnt really live there. he'd probably see through that pretty quick and before he gets too pissed off, i offer him the coffee.

Have you seen Bill and Teds excellent adventure? Play a game of twister or battleship with him,or get him stoned, swap clothes with him and when he straightens up, tell him he has been a good boy and send him on his way! He would definitely like tea Russian Caravan to be exact!

No I would offer him as much alcohol as possible...he would get so drunk then I'd dump him at an enemys door, He'd be confused when he awoke and hungover, so would knock knock knock on their door instead!
