I dont think its cardiac problems,I had to take two chest x-rays(Front and back),And a ekg and doctor says nothing is serious..But told me I need to open my lungs which I said wtf..

(It was because whenever I would drink something in high ammounts of sugar I would get chest pains for a long time,And sometimes when I run I have chest pains when I breathe.)

Okay, have looked into it a little bit more. Mycoplasma jerks are listed down in a few medical texts as symptoms of a neurological infection normally occuring post surgery. If thats the only symptom youre having i dont think its a concern, however the Mycoplasmic infections are somehow related to respitory infections, or this bacteria causes an infection.

If its your only symptom however i dare say it wouldnt be that severe, but would explain your doctor telling you to watch your breath. Is it causing injuries? are the contractions severe?

Oh, you better see your family doctor. Be sure to use 2 pillows for your head and one for your back for you to breath freely and comfortably. Try not to eat too much at night. Just eat fruits and vegetables to keep you cool. Also, try not to eat salty food.

Myoclasmic jerks, although I'm not sure I've spelled that correctly. Most people get them and it's to do with a muscle-relaxant that is secreted by the brain to prevent us from acting out our dreams while we sleep.
