Dont focus on weight loss, focus on health because once you're healthy, you will be at the right weight for you.

Make sure you get your 5 fruit and veg a day- but make sure thats not just on top of the stuff you regularly eat! When you're incorporating that much healthy stuff into your diet, there should be less room for unhealthy stuff.

Make an effort to reduce your intake of white bread and pasta. Try just having a stir fry for dinner, for example. Or lots of roasted vegetables with some meat or Quorn. Salad instead of sandwich for lunch- avocado or chicken/Quorn will help keep it filling.

Read labels on your food- find stuff without E numbers and other random crap in it. Believe me, you will lose the taste for processed food VERY quickly- it will amaze you.

Don't eat the same stuff all the time- you need variety, it helps your digestion.

I think if you can make good lifestyle choices that you have a constantly healthy diet, you will see any extra weight come off. And its so much easier than it sounds, because once you start eating a bit healthy, you stop craving unhealthy foods and it just becomes second nature.

I am going to be honest with you. It may not be the answer you seek, but I am just facing reality.

A lot of these so-called diets I do NOT recommend. Sure, you may lose some weight under them, but you need to provide the right resources to keep your body healthy.

A lot of celebrities todays are so thin, people think they look good and they are what set an example of how people SHOULD look. On their insides... I bet you they are very unhealthy people mainly because they dont eat.

When you see it from my view, health is the most important factor here... even girls that are dress size 12, 14 or 16 could be a lot more healthy than people of size 6, 8 or 10. I am not saying that ALL ladies of dress size 6, 8 or 10 are unhealthy but remember everyone's body is different. There are women that are naturally this size and very healthy. I am really refering to the 'un-natural' eating habits to being skinny.. or lack of eating habit so to speak.

As 'easy' diets. you should just stick to the basics. Also you dont want the weight to just 'drop off'. You need to stick to a commited plan and loose about 2lbs a week. Give your body the right tools. Eat fruits and vedgetables. Have some meat and anything thats great in nutrition. Not only will you feel better on the inside, it will show on the outside, regardless of your dress size.

Also, after a while, your commited plan will no longer feel 'commited' because you will get use to it. The more healthy food you have, the better you will be. You will sleep better, think better, and common things like headaches will be reduced!!

Lastly, I am not refering to be a commited bodybuilder, but regular exercise is another key to great results.... physically and mentally. The human body is a facinating peice of machinery... and it is designed to have the right chemicals and regular types of exercise. Stick by these guidelines and you will soon realise that these 'so-called' diets are just a peice of crap.

I could talk all day about these 'diets'... but I think I have said enough here. I wish you all the best and I hope you just keep it simple, and put your body first before 'appearance'.

Everyone is different!! Everyone has different metabolisms!!

All the best!!!

It's only easy if you have your jaws wired shut. LOL! I would love to be on a diet that was easy! :) I have been dieting for over a year and have lost 45 pounds. I still have that much more to go. I just cut out the high calorie soft drinks, the candy bars and the deep fried foods. Which wasn't easy because I love onion rings and soda!
Good luck.

I am so sick and tired of this whole diet thing. THEY DON'T WORK.
Cut down on unhealthy food and get more exercise, that is all you have to do it may not always be easy but it works. There is no easy road to the "perfect" body (actually ther is no such thing as the perfect body thats why its so hard).
And another thing ladies men prefer women with curves. Any guy who says different is lying or an idiot. As long as you are healthy that is all that matters.

The best "diet" is the one that you can stick to for the rest of your life. Try eating a healthy breakfast, then 2-3 hours later have a small snack (piece of fruit, a few nuts, etc.) 2-3 hrs later, eat a healthy lunch, 2-3 hrs after lunch, eat another healthy snack. 2-3 hrs later eat a healthy dinner. 2-3 hrs. later...another healthy snack. Do not eat within 3 hours of going to bed and drink lots of water throughout the day. If you are hungry before bed, drink a glass of water. It will seem like you are eating all the time and you will barely feel hunger. Reduce your fat intake, watch your portions and get some exercise each day. Only by adapting to a healthier lifestyle will the weight come off and stay off.

There is no such thing as an "easy diet". When you lose weight, it shows how much will power you have. The more you have, the more you'll lose. Everyone looks for an easy way of doing things, where in reality, losing weight takes dedication.

Eat healty, no junk food, correct amounts of water, and running/cardio workouts will get you to where your body needs to be.

If dieting were easy we'd all be skinny. The most sensible way is to watch your caloric intake by eating healthy foods and expend more calories through exercise. Good luck!

I've dropped 32 pounds since July, 2006 by adding Stack Body Tune Up. It has a protein ice cream drink, citrus boosts, and supplements.

If I can be of further assistance, let me know.
