The Martini bar in Phnom Penh, the Foreign Correspondents Club of Cambodia, by the river, some very good restaurants in the capital, especially French.
Angkor Wat is the only attraction in Siem Reap, and after 1 day of that, I would suggest you go back to the Martini Bar!!!!!!!
