I've had similiar problems but it can be improved by eating alot of fruit and vegetables...no fast food, no processed food, watch out for artificial colours in food and watch ur sugar intake...
U will get the glow back if u eat the right food and exercise.
...u may need to look at taking vitamins and minerals..
But before u think of all this...take a visit to ur Doctor and get him to do a blood test....be sure its not anything else...make note of any changes u hav noticed recently....this can help ur Dr provide the correct help u may need...
Good luck! i hpe this helps...

Most likely if you are at that age.
See a gynac there is a test for hormonal imbalance, should be easy.
You can aways try some known brand petroleum jelly(before bad time) or vanishing cold cream, in the day time and regular oily kind at bed time. If it is just the start of wrinkles then good massage may help, if it is scaling then descaling can help.
If this does not work then see a doctor who is a dermatologist.

actually, i think it's 'coz of the sun, do u go under the hot sun often? then u must wear sunscreen lotions to protect ur skin..as 4 ur hormones, i don't think it is ...but on other hand, it depends on ur age. when i was 7 or 8, i had clear fair glowing skin like u...by d time i wuz 15, all of them went off, only fair remaining...don't worry, it happens. if u want u can go 2 a skin specialist if it is that serious. u can even maintain ur 'glowiness' by eating lot of fresh fruits and avoiding oily items as much as u can.
