Nothing can help you except trying to reduce your meals.Don't
eat too much,don't eat fast-food,don't drink sweet drinks,don't
eat after 5 p.m. and do a lot of fitness (wash by hand,clean your-
self the house...)

Absolutely! Any form of exercise can helpyou, even something fun like a hulahoop! But, you have to practice so that you can go for a long time, to keep up your heart rate - that way, it will be most effective for you. Of course, before you start any exercise or diet plan, you should talk to a doctor.

The Hula-hoop wil help, but not all alone. Any form of exercise, dance, or sport has to be complemented by healthy eating.
