If you don't have a British Passport I don't think you will be able to join. Best to go and talk to your nearest Army Careers Office for the best advice. They will be able to tell you.

You go to the Army careers centre and they will set it in motion if your eligible .from that you will receive a letter for your medical and then a travel warrant to an atc where you will be tested and based on the results given options on which branch of the army you can go to.
depending on the career path chosen around 18 weeks at a depot you do the passing out parade and your a fully fledged soldier. that's OK for British soldiers but step back and think would you if necessary go fight for the English against SOUTH AFRICA IF NOT DONT JOIN!!!!

If you can write your own name, and spell it correctly, it shouldn't take long at all.
Then again, being a South African, you probably have a name like 'Vaalbjje Pijwaaaaken', so perhaps it's gonna be more difficult than first-thought.
Your name is Andrew!! I wouldn't tell people that... I'd stick with Vaalbjje Pijwaaaaken' if I were you.... you'll get laughed-at less.

I do not know, but it takes just a fraction of a second to get out of the army. Sometimes the bullet do not kill you at once, it takes days of suffering.

Depends. Did you work for the SASS before? If it was only SAPS you might have a better chance. Mate of mine used to work for SASS. He was so violent he was refused entry into he French Foreign Legion even !

Tell them you want to be in the 'cannon fodder' core on the front line, and it'll take about 5 minutes.
