This is there first time being hit with the all MIGHTY "T"

His brain is not used to having all that testosterone yet .The brain male and female have testosterone recpetors that regulate behaviour such as sex drive and agression. The more testosterone you have the more these receptors become desenistized to the testosterone and it takes greater and greater amounts of testosterone to achive those effects mentaly due to receptor shut down . His brain will (hopefully) adapt just like a coffee drinker needs more and more coffee to produce the same results as before.

Female bodybuilders who use steroids go thru this when adapting to the amount of testosterone in there body .

Because even though they are only 14, they are mature enough to think about sex once every 60 seconds, like all guys. Many guys, especially when they are young, are very shallow and only see people for what is on the outside, not the inside. Remember that!

Well sometimes they feel like they are all of that, and even though the girl, says no, they think she is just not that serious, so they keep thinking she will change her mind, Or they are so into themselves, that no one has the guts, not to want to be with them. It is an ego thing.

Because they are 14 and haven't learned any better. Sometimes they never learn and at 39 are doing the very same thing.

No one likes being told no and he is still a young boy and you do not give him what he wants he than bug you because now he wants to irritate you. Makes no sense I know, but soon something else will gain his attention... like a ball of yarn to play with :)

Why don't they listen? Because it's a 14 year old boy. No easier explanation.

mostly because they fell that there being humiliated when there let down and he just wants to prove harder than ever that he can get you mostly for bragging rights to talk about with his boys and think your just playing around or being hard to get lol .so if he cares about you he will be a sweet person realize that at the moment it is just not gonna happen and keep trying for it to happen without bugging you have to death

they do not listen because they are 14. they also mature later mentally so he is probably only 12 mentally. also hormones are running wild , also there is no respect there for you, if there was then he would take a hint. make your feeling clear face to face so as to show him respect, and use a firm but normal tone voice.
let me know how you go.

14 year old boys believe theya re immortal and that theya re god. therefore they proabbly think the girl is jsut playing hard to get and trying to hide her deep feelings of desire for him. they might also believe she will turn around at any moment and want ot ahev sex with him, being the god he is. lol they are immature and naive. that is basically all there is to it.
