go to your doctors surgery and see your health visitor she will be able to give you a list of any groups that would suit your needs

try phoning yr local council offices as most council offices have a early learning years department... or yr health visitor will be able to advise you or even yr local library may know. toddler groups are great places for u and yr children to attend as it gets them ready for play group and mixing with other children, i actually run a toddler group with my friend and its great fun
