Get the wine tested then drink up boy. Find an excuse to hold a few parties until all the good wine is gone. Maybe keep a few if they're worth a decent amount.

It all depends on if it's ever gotten hot for more than a few hours in your basement. If it's always been nice and cool, they should all be fine with maybe an exception or two. If it's ever gotten hot, though, they could be all ruined.
Some of the better restaurants in New Orleans lost wine collections valued in the millions when they lost their air conditioning due to hurricane Katrina.

Sometimes with age, wine turns into vinegar, but mostly old wine should actually be even better than young wine.
