I like to switch my brain off. Time for only yourself ya know. I kill the lights, light some candles, burn some insence, run a bubble bath put on some soulfull music and soak away in the tub. Sleep in clean crisp linnens after that is great to. - Such a Tauris way to physically get the hurt out. My love goes out to you, smile.

The honest answer sweetie is that there is no way to stop the teariness of a break up, especially not if it was with someone who you truly cared about and loved. No one said love doesnt hurt, and if they did they'd be lying. Love is a b*tch sometimes it hurts. Time heals all wounds and of course you might be feeling like someone ripped your heart out, but trust me in time you will feel better. Sometimes all people need is a good cry and time to get over a loved one. Then you will realize that it was so much better to love and to lost then to never love at all. Then try to pick ur your pieces and move on with your life. Things happen for a reason and maybe this is a life lesson learned. You seem like a sweet person, so dont lose hope you'll find someone.

Bless your broken heart. There is no way to stop the emotional pain from a breakup. It is part of life to hurt from time to time. Go through this process - the first 2 weeks are the hardest. After that, you should begin to feel like your old self again. Go out with friends and stay active. Good Luck!

the only way to stop the tears is to give it some time, you probably feel like you have been beaten up, as it actually hurts to be left heartbroken but one day you will wonder what you ever saw in that person!

I think theirs nothing wrong in having a good cry just let it all out. And when the tears stop you know its time you moved on

Keep yourself busy. Do whatever it is you like. Make plans and stick to them. Just don't go falling in love with the next person (rebound).
