The doctor looks at her and say's " Get a large piece of loo paper and rub it up and down between them"

An old man suffering from piles (hemorrhoids, if you prefer) confides in a friend.
"Tea leaves," says his friend. "Rub in plenty of tea leaves."
A week passes & the two old friends meet.
"How are the piles ?" asks his friend.
"Tea leaves ? They've made it worse !" says the anally challenged unfortunate.
"Get down to the doctor this afternoon", says the friend. "You can't mess about with piles."
Later on, the old man is sitting in the doctor's surgery.
"Well now," says the quack, "what seems to be the problem ?"
"Its my piles," wails the old man, "they'll be the death of me !"
"Dear dear," says the doc. "Well, drop your trousers & we'll take a look."
The old man drops them & bends over. For a minute the doctor crouches down, studying the ravaged backside & its tea leaf decoration...
"Well," he says at last, "I can do nothing for your piles....but you're going on a long journey..."
