im a firm believer that people only do what you allow. if someone is emotionally abusive, then regardless of their seductive ways, as a man you need to let her know that behavior is not acceptable. if her method continues, then you should walk away from lust, before lust breaks your heart.

Ottowamickey:
It appears you are speaking from personal experience. Let me give you some thoughts that may shed some light on the issue.
A man's first great love is his mother, developed at her breast. All future loves are processed through this part of our heart, and make us very vulnerable to women that win our heart. Unfortunately, there are some women that enjoy the power that is derived from this aspect of our personality, and if improperly motivated, can do a great deal of harm.
You are charged with the stewardship of your heart, which is a priceless commodity. No one that truly loves you is capable of manipulating your emotions and causing you pain. If you are involved in such a relationship, I recommend that you face the reality that love has been lost (or never was) and begin the grieving process. Let it out with lots of tears, and wash away the bitterness that threatens your ability to give and receive love. Take as long as you need to cleanse your heart, and let the healing begin.
I promise you, if you keep your heart ready and open, love will find you. True love that lifts you up to soaring heights and colors your very existence. Never underestimate the power of love!
