Depends what you mean by passionate. If a guy just hit on me and made some pervy comments I would be in a bad mood, and then another guy who was "passionate" would seem like just the same kind to me.
I like romantic guys, that do small things and contact me. But not some passionate one who's all over me as all he wants to do is... you-know-what. I would want a guy who could be emotional and have deep feelings though. But he's got to be decent.

Sorry to be a guy answering this . From what i heard women want a guy to be passionate about something outside of romance , to be passionate about something that has nothing to do with dating flirting or anything like that .
