Is the art of tailoring gone...? When you go out on a date what do you wear that you feel is hot?

Too often I see men and women wear sneakers and jeans on a date.

When was the last time you (men) wore a tie and when was the last time a woman has worn a dress and high heels on a date.

What is you favorite attire for a night out with someone you want to impress...?

I guess it all depends on where your going on your date...I always tend to wear heels..well one reason for that...is because I am short...if you go to the movies on your date..why would you wear a dress and nice wear a tie...it doesn't make sense...
However, girls can always dress up jeans and sneakers....put on some make-up...and a nice shirt... and fix your hair... if you feel good in what you are wearing...people are going to notice...

It depends on where we are going really, jeans and trainers are more appropriate for a romantic walk in the park on on the beach. If we go out for dinner I like to wear a skirt and a nice top with my boots, if it is somewhere posh then I would wear something more appropriate

I guess it depends on what you feel looks good on you and what your date/partner enjoys seeing on you. For my hubby and I when we go on date nights we pick what we want to see eachother in. For him I always choose some nice dress slacks, a pressed shirt with a jacket. He chooses to see me in micro mini skirts and 5" stilettos with a blouse. Everyone is different but we do dress to impress each other. We also don't care or worry about what anyone may say or think when they see us. We do this for each other and no one else!

İ think your right no-one makes an effort anymore.....woman dont dress like woman anymore(im talking about jeans trainers and sweat shirt styles) and men are.... boring, they use to make more of an effort ın the 80s...
i think it does depend on where you are goıng but the sexy classıc black dress ıs always safe. of course the 2006 style.!!!!

AMEN, AMEN!
I amen that over and over..I think the younger generation (the most of them I see) has never felt the thrill of really dressing up (heels etc) to go out on a date..The way they dress now, makes them look lazy and worthless...The art of truly dressing up has gone to pot...but not with me! I dance a lot and I dance in heels..I go to places where people dress up to go dancing..I mean, two step, waltz and etc... Keep on dressing up and don't worry what anyone says, just please yourself and be proud!
