You poor thing!! You should go to a neurologist to see if there is something physical causing these problems. You shouldn't be feeling alone...do you have anyone you can talk to about this? Don't even think of ending your life!!! You sound like a wonderful person who has so much to offer. Just hang in there, and work on what is causing all of this. If there is no explanation, then move to another place, make new friends and just be yourself!

Yes i would like to try to help. Here is some of my suggestions:
1. Check with your Doctor about your memory and depression.
2. Talk to someone - preferably a counsellor. It is really important to talk to someone when you are having feelings like this. It really does help. Find someone good though. The same as your Doctor - make sure you have a good Doctor who has time for you.
3. Start changing the way you think. You can really become a lot happier by changing the way you are talking to yourself and the things you are saying. I bet you are putting yourself down a lot and that is making everything worse. Try asking yourself these questions;
- What makes me happy?
- How can i feel better?
- What am i good at and what gifts/talents do i have?
- What am i thankful for?
4. Every day get some exercise. It really helps with depression. Start a new leaf and really look after yourself. No one else can really look after you - except you. Be nice to yourself. Make yourself eat healthy, give yourself rewards (eg. a massage or a new shirt) when you reach goals.
5. Get out and about. Go to places you love - eg.the beach or somewhere with a beautiful view. Anywhere you love - especially nature really helps you to get grounded and appreciate lfie. Watch the sunset or sunrise.
6. Is there someone who can help you improve your language? If you have access to internet then look up places that you can go to improve your speech.
7. Don't forget there is a God who loves you. He made you and you are here for a reason. Find out what that reason is. Start searching. Pray for guidance. Nothing is impossible for God. Ask Him and you will receive.
I wish you best of luck and pray that your life starts improving immediately. Dont give up. Be a fighter and then look back and feel proud of yourself.
God bless

HI, I am a 50yr old that used to be a very depressed 20yr old .I was dumb in school, it seemed that everyone was bright but me .I think everyone brain works in a different way ,some differences are seen by the "others" as stupidity or antisocial or so different that people just don't know how to deal with them. Part of my problem was caused by food allergies that I did not discover until my mid forty's.Your language problem may have a neurological cause or may just be extreme social anxiety disorder .When I was 20 I felt so unfit for life that I could not imagine being as old as 25. Try to look more outside yourself, its hard not to be overwhelmed by negativity, believe me I know. You may find there are more people in a similar situation that you would believe.Use the computer to comunicate with people Its a lot easier than talking ... hope this helps.....good luck

I understand that you feel the way you do and why these are hard things to over come but there are ways around them.
1) Carry a note pad write everything down so you don't forget. Put it on a string around you neck.
2) Write everything you need to say down and hand it to people
Or learn sign language pretend your deaf.
3) Remember if they are not wanting to be your its thir loss. Have you ever thought of becoming a writer i think you would be grate at it.
4) Alway remember that tomorrow the world is going to be less thousands of people of whom wanted to live but couldn't due to illness, hunger,or at the hand of another.
Dont let the world be less one person who could live but didn't want too. It would be such a shame.
Have faith that you can do this not for anyone else but for you.

Talk to your parents. Ask them what you need to do to improve the way you present yourself in public, then do it. Also, listen to people who are fun to be with. Watch them and learn.
Join a sports team, like football (soccer), and make sure you go to practice and be early. The coach won't mind what your speech is like, he'll care about how much effort you put in. If he see's you running after the ball and being a good team player, guess what, you'll find friends and respect.
Take time to study Kimi Raikkonen, the formula one racing car driver. He has one of the worst speech impediments of any proffessional sports person, but nobody holds that against him. He is also one of the most respected.
He didn't get to the top by feeling sorry for himself, he got to the top by hard work.

Changing your mind and life is up to you... its real easy to flake out and kill your self but i would seek a good check up from the DR and let them know whats up .. our physical is related to our mental and emotional well being you may have something going on with your body and its out of your control not your fault and yes the head is connected to the body so it is a physical thing to look at as well it takes a great deal of strength to become well so don't give up just keep going don't forget the ones that care and love you take hold of them tight because in the long run that's all we will have things in life start to happen with your effort.. also don't let anyone tell you just to snap out of it ands that's just life it will be OK severe head and mental problems are not to be taken so lightly see a DR please cool

Devote your life, since you don't seem to value it, to some good cause or organization whose work you approve of. Selfless devotion to God or some good cause has made saints out of many people. Contact the Vedanta Society; they will help you. God Bless and good luck.

Welcome to life, where almost everyone suffers from depression atleast once in your life.
But, there is a way around it. It is simple, don't worry about it so much. You just have to realize that you are you, and live with it. There is no changing that. And once you become comfortable with yourself, you will find yourself more friends.

Please see a doctor and tell him/her what's going on with you. Don't "turn off" your life.
